I’ve been online for almost ten years now, and at this point this question has to be asked.
Where is all of the support?
I’m in thousands of groups online, and have come into contact with many black business people. Yet, it seems difficult to get the same love that I’ve put out there.
That doesn’t count the handful of people, whom have taken this journey with me. And I’m more than grateful, for those whom have walked this path right along with me.
Yet still I see, those asking about what we don’t have. Those explaining why we don’t have it and still shits not getting done.
Yet someone wants to open a facility and gets, little to no support in their efforts.
Does a person have to do cart wheels, in front of the white house to get the attention needed? Does one have to be fighting in a video to get the attention and support needed? Does one have to tell you about ever minute of their life, to get the support needed to open a school for the babies?
It seems very backwards as to what we as a people, are doing to each other and it makes me sick and very angry to see us waste ourselves as we do.
We waste the gifts we have, we down play those whom are attempting to make a change. And, we still sit here with nothing. As our children, sit here with nothing.
When will we start to understand the importance of us, standing up and being a positive and impact full change within our community?
I’m questioning you, because I would like a better understanding of why we aren’t supporting each other to make some form of change.
Change doesn’t come rapidly, and we just may not see what or how our efforts will help the next generation.
But, why not do something to help them be the best that they can be now and in their future?
At this time, we are in the process of constructing and awaiting to complete several events. Which is our way of giving back to our community!
Some workshops help will be free, and some will be paid. Yet, will be priced reasonably. However, we are always looking for monetary support and volunteers so that it may assist us with events such as our “Feed In Need” where we set up in different communities of Chicago and help feed those in need of a nutritional meal.
Our last hosted event happened on January 21, 2017, where we were able to feed over one hundred and twenty people with the help of another Chicago Youth Organization named Notarized Inc.
In order for us to continue events like this, we need your contribution. You can help Revitalizing Youth Inc., now by following this link:
Such a pleasure to have the opportunity of showcasing Revitalizing Youth’sTop 10 artists list, for a second year. In the past year, our company name has changed and we have made connections with over one thousand more artists whom are located throughout the world.

Our Top 10 Artists of 2016!!!
#10 Timothy Lee Ibbotson
This year, I had the honor of having my nine year old Semaj help with this list of artists. She not only wants to be a doctor, but she’d also like to be an artist. Which is fine by her father and I, as long as she’s happy and helping others.
She selected from a list of three of her favorite artists, and Timothy and his pup made the list! He is indeed a talented Illustrator and Graphic Designer, and we hope you too enjoy this piece as much as we do.
This artist was spotted on our Instagram outlet, and she has an awesome way of showcasing her crafts. A bit of everything for you, and her use of colors is eye opening.
This piece stood out to me, because it touches on all aspects of what we at RYI would like to do for the children of our community. We would like to inspire them, by opening their minds to all that’s around them.

Located in the Motherland, Kenya to be exact. I connected with this artist, and his works are amazing. I had no idea of how huge his following was, until I looked up a link to post up here. Please do join his followers, and be amazed as well by his creativity.
